Telephone Answering Absolutely Without Monotony
● After a call is received, the customer is first told the reason you have provided for why you are not present.
We respond to the calling client with your specified answer. For example,
1. “I’m sorry but OO happens to be out, I will ask him to call you back a bit later.”
2. “OO is not at his desk right now, I will ask him to call you after he returns.”
3. “OO is in a meeting right now, after it finishes I will ask him to contact you.”
Flexible services are provided to respond to different circumstances.
● In addition, if we are told your schedule in advance (when you will return to your office and
when you will be out on business trips), messages for specific customers, correspondence when recruiting staff,
or offer information, we can provide more detailed and complete responses.
Telephone Secretarial Services
● After receiving a call, we will respond in the name of your company and inquire regarding the name of the client’s company,
the client’s name, his or her phone number, and the content they wish to convey to you.
● All of the content for each day will be reported to you via e-mail or fax.
● We can convey messages you have provided for specific customers.
Fees
